Screw size documentation issue

One section of your documentation says to use M3x12, while another section and the Amazon link say M3x10.

I've covered this individually before, but the reason for this is because the M3x12's are RIGHT at the edge of what's usable (on the long side), so if the screw isn't cut properly, it could be a touch too long. For safety, I picked the M3x10 instead as there's still plenty of thread engagement.

I was going to update the documentation, but then moved the JetKVM repo into the LabStack Rack repo and haven't had time to update everything...

Long story short, the M3x10's are the right move for safety's sake.
