Add rocm support

It would be nice to support ROCM as well, so that it can be used on most desktop.

Hi, I don't have any AMD desktop systems around for testing, but what you would need to do is re-generate the dependency files and create a separate package. I can assist you with adding the nix code required, but I can't test it or do it fully myself.

(I can try to make a package with ROCm support, since the code is somewhat messy, but you'll have to test it for me)

I have pushed incomplete and broken support for AMD ROCm, I'll further look into it later

Since commit 306fab1 there is now a ROCm build accessible via nix run .#forge.rocm, but I can only tell you that it compiles. It does crash on startup on my system, however, that could be due to missing drivers.

Be warned that compilation can take one or two hours and requires a lot of CPU power and memory
