[Feature request] - Statistic to be improved in few benchmarks

Stastical error shall be improved in the following benchmarks by means of the increase of the NPS in the default configuration file, #https://github.com/JADE-V-V/JADE/blob/developing/src/jade/resources/default_cfg/run_cfg.yml

The cases affected are:

1. ASPIS-Fe88: at least Au case
2. FNG-BKT: NPS x 4 at least
3. FNG-HCPB: NPS x 4 at least
4. FNG-SiC: NPS x 4 at least
5. FNG-SS: NPS x 10 at least
6. FNG-W: NPS x 4 at least
7. IPPE-CF: NPS x 10 at least
8. RCR-Sphere: NPS x 4 at least
9. Sphere: Re and W isotopes x 10 at least

Increase the number of NPS.
