[BUG] - C-Model post-processing issue

Describe the bug
There are two issue:

• Data are not properly stored in the Excel spreadsheet. Responses and relative error are not properly allocated.
• The first point might trigger the improper representation of the "neutron current on the plasma boundary" which seems also repeated few times

plots are not repeated, the 0 and 1 in the title stands for uncollided and collided flux. The error values (and error bars) are suspicious though

for what concerns the weird errors in the excel files in the comparison this seems to be related to a potentially wrong logic on the error propagation.
