Scroll state persists after navigation

After navigation to a separate page the scroll state of the previous pages is preserved instead of showing the start of the page.

Root cause identified: this is not Astro preserving the previous page scroll state.
The page contains SSR-rendered <igc-tabs> with a selected tab. During Astro client-side navigation, Astro correctly calls scrollTo(0,0), but immediately after that the IgcTabsComponent runs its initial Lit render (firstUpdated) and internally calls scrollIntoView() for the selected tab header. That browser-native scroll overrides Astro’s scroll-to-top before astro:page-load fires, so the new page appears opened at the tabs position instead of the top.

Confirmed by tracing Astro router timing and the Ignite UI Web Components source.
