Epic: Make Lumo Production-Ready and Marketable (GA Readiness) #100

@IgnacioPro

Description

@IgnacioPro

This epic tracks the broad set of changes and improvements required to make Lumo production-grade, secure for enterprise deployment, and highly marketable to both free users and paid enterprise customers. Scope includes security, reliability, AI safety, multi-tenancy, integrations, observability, testing, platform packaging, compliance, and advanced features necessary for GA and strong market appeal.

Problem Statement

Lumo is feature-rich but critical gaps remain in security (SSO/OIDC/SAML, RBAC, supply chain, audit), reliability/HA (API/DB/Redis, agent offline resilience), remediation safety (approval gates, rollback), observability (metrics/traces/SLO dashboards), integrations (PagerDuty/Jira/Datadog), platform/packaging (Windows, signed releases, Helm chart hardening), compliance (SBOM, test coverage), and product-market fit (tiering, reports, ROI). See referenced code below.
