IPL Bundle release could contain a full changelog

Hi,

I would be helpful to have a full changelog in the IPL Bundle releases.

Otherwise devs needs to first find out what submodules changed and check their releases.

I know it's a minor thing and the info is available somewhere, but it be very helpful and I assume it can maybe be automated somehow.

🙏 I hope you understand my frustration now caused by this as the entire conversation that followed was utterly pointless. A chat message would have been the more suited way to inform him.
