<h2><b>PREFACE</b></h2>
<hr>
<p>Disobeying the rules listed on this page while using any Celestial Network service may result in a punishment in the form of a warn, kick, temporary ban, permanent ban & web ban depending on the severity of the rule broken and the best judgement of the staff member. Previous infractions will be taken into account when punishing a player.</p>
<p>We remind players that the use of the Celestial Network is a privilege which may be taken from you at any time by the staff members at Celestial Network.</p>

<h2><b>A: GENERAL BEHAVIOUR</b></h2>
<hr>
<p>1) Maintain a casual and positive atmosphere at all times. Inappropriate or aggressive language, regardless if it is directed at someone or not, will not be tolerated. Be respectful to all players & staff members. Harassment, bullying, rudeness and swearing is strictly not allowed.</p>
<p>2) Scamming is strictly forbidden on all of our services, this involves the stealing of account information, general information, money or accounts. A severe punishment will be issued to any player breaking this rule.</p>
<p>3) The communication features provided through our Minecraft server and forums is a privilege. Abusing messaging features through partaking in one of the following actions below is strictly against the rules. If you are unsure if content that you would like to send through chat is allowed, please contact a staff member to verify the content. Below is a list of behaviours that are not allowed on our services:</p>
<p><b>> </b> Spamming chat - Repeatedly sending similar or identical chat messages to the point where it will annoy other users</p>
<p><b>> </b> Linking to inappropriate material</p>
<p><b>> </b> Linking to non Celestial Network related content and other Minecraft Services. This includes but is not limited to: the server IP, the servers website or any social media content containing information regarding the server.</p>
<p>4) Follow all directions given by a staff member. <i>If you believe a staff member is abusing their power through wrongful punishments or other methods, please use the support ticket or directly contact a manager or director and provide any evidence or details you possess regarding the staff member.</i></p>
<p>5) Do not encourage players to break any rules that are listed on this page. If a player breaks a rule as a result of your own actions you will also be punished.</p>
<p>6) Ban evasion is strictly not prohibited and will result in an IP ban.</p>
<p>7) If you are not a member of staff, do not act as if you are a staff member yourself.</p>
<p>8) The exploitation of any in game faults is strictly forbidden. We ask players to immediately report them to a Director or use the support ticket.</p>

<h2><b>B: SERVER BEHAVIOUR</b></h2>
<hr>
<p>1) Your Minecraft username and skin must be appropriate for all ages. Objectionable usernames and skins will not be tolerated.</p>
<p>2) You may not intentionally negatively impact your team in any way. This includes any of the following actions listed below. Other actions not listed below may be deemed against the rules by a staff member:</p>
<p><b>> </b>Stealing from team members</p>
<p><b>> </b>Griefing team bases and intentionally blocking important areas</p>
<p><b>> </b>Killing or attempting to kill players of your own team</p>
<p>3) Do not publicly accuse players of breaking the rules, instead consult a staff member by using the /report system</p>
<p>4) Do not spawn kill. This is where a player kills other players briefly after spawning, adequate time should be provided for the player to gather their own surroundings. Staff members will use their best judgement to decide whether a player is intentionally spawn killing</p>
<p>5) Do not cooperate with other teams to give your own team an advantage</p>
<p>6) When spectating a match do not give out tactical feedback to give a player or team an advantage over others</p>
<p>7) Combat logging (when a player quits a game when being anticipated to be killed) is strictly forbidden.</p>

<h2><b>C: CLIENT MODIFICATIONS</b></h2>
<hr>
<p>1) Any client modifications that give you a severe, game altering advantage over other Minecraft players is not allowed.</p>
<p>2) The following minecraft modifications are allowed in game:</p>
<p><b>> </b>Optifine</p>
<p><b>> </b>ArmorStatusHUD/StatusEffectHUD</p>
<p><b>> </b>Texture packs that do not fall under any "explicitly prohibited" category</p>
<p><b>> </b>Gamma Bright</p>
<p><b>> </b>A modification that changes the graphical interface of minecraft</p>
<p>3) The following client modifications are strictly forbidden:</p>
<p><b>> </b>Inventory Sorting Mods</p>
<p><b>> </b>Fly mods</p>
<p><b>> </b>Aimbots</p>
<p><b>> </b>Toggle crouch mods</p>
<p><b>> </b>Minimaps which reveal positions of other players</p>
<p><b>> </b>Auto swing mods</p>
<p><b>> </b>Kill Aura</p>
<p><b>> </b>Mods that assist in switching tools</p>
<p><b>> </b>X-Ray mods or texture packs</p>
<p><b>> </b>Nodus</p>
<p><b>> </b>Mods which enhance player visibility (excluding optifine)</p>
<p><b>> </b>Mods enhancing player sprint (excluding vanilla sprint key)</p>
<p>4) If you are unsure on whether a mod is permitted consult a staff member</p>
<hr>
<h2><b>D: FORUM BEHAVIOUR</b></h2>
<hr>
<p>1) Do not encourage flame war topics or topics that will make other users feel angry or insulted</p>
<p>2) Refrain from using swearing or bad language when replying to a topic or in the main post</p>
<p>3) Never bump a topic without posting new ideas. This will likely result in the topic being locked or archived.</p>
<p>4) Titles of posts should be formatted correctly according to the sub-forum guidelines</p>
<p>5) Inappropriate links or images will not be tolerated</p>
<p>6) Posts that discuss other minecraft services are strictly forbidden</p>
<p>7) The forums is not a social media website, refrain from posting about your personal or online life</p>
<p>8) Topics that will be considered spam will not be tolerated.</p>
<p>9) Stay on topic in the replies to a post</p>
<p>10) By using the forums you understand that your posts may be altered without warning by any staff member.</p>
<hr>
<h2><b>E: OTHER</b></h2>
<hr>
<p>1) When an important rule change is made the staff will notify players through the forums. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with any rule changes</p>
<p>2) If you feel as if you have been wrongly punished you may appeal using our support ticket. Managers + are allowed to grant appeals</p>
<p>3) Players with previous infractions on record that have not been appealed will experience more harsh punishments for violating the rules.</p>
