CHIPIR: Check for issues with upgraded LabVIEW software and SECI remnants

CHIPIR Beam Monitor Computer has been replaced with a new machine

The CHIPIR computer which monitors the beam parameters (via CAlab and a linked SECI component) has been replaced with upgraded software. Something in the new system, likely related to this is leaving the LabVIEW diagram broken, despite copying the software tree to the new machine with an upgraded LabVIEW. This compatibility needs investigating as this is an instrument critical system. Possibilities are C runtime incompatibility, need for a newer CAlab version, or less likely some new OS incompatibility.

Acceptance Critieria

• a. Errors in LabVIEW/CAlab/SECI component are identified.
• b. A fix is applied or if not straightforward, another ticket to cover this is produced.
• c. Scientists are kept informed and trained if necessary in the solution.

Create Task - to talk to them, either point out and give access to the appropriate github repo, and or CaLab as vanilla, and/or encourage them to look at bitness of the systems, rather than undertake this ticket.
