Following on from #49 , a pending user is currently not notified when their request to join an organisation is 'approved'. This means that they will be unaware until they next sign in to IATI Account, or until a member of IATI Support reaches out to them (which we won't have the resource to do for all pending users)
Can we notify end-users, via automated email, when their user role is changed in IATI Account?
Example email text:
You have been made an [admin / editor / contributor] for organisation [org name] in IATI Account.
