New format of ingredients for food routes

Describe the bug
The food route is not up to date on the new storage format of the ingredients, returning an error 500 when trying to load a food with the useCase=POS

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a subcategories from the main dashboard

Expected behavior
Foods name should appear
