Update link icon to MD open-in-browser

Changed the icon from `open in new` to `open in browser` and used
the new Material version of the icon. New icon available here:
https://www.google.com/design/icons/#ic_open_in_browser.

Improves consistency in the app's iconography and uses the same icon
other apps use for this action.
