1.3.0.2 super strength permission problem

Hello,

I found one bug, We using dedicated server. I'm not sure if it's because of our modification set. For super strength we have only one mod, only EasyDevControl

1. When player freshly join game can't enable super strength I need again go to this settings and just save it. I also tried edit permision in savegame in file easyDevControls.xml nothing change still same

2. When player freshly join game can't use super strength even I enable it before his join /// this is not a problem if 1st one works

This is now an old report so I am not sure if this is still an issue or not for you and your server but I have not been able to replicate it with my testing!?
