Reset Crashing the app

When you click reset while recording almost everytime the app is frozen.

App can't be found in Comman-Option-Escape.
All I can do at that point is restart the system as a whole because part of my screen is faded out.
This is when selecting a specific screen to record.

@tuncaege thanks for reporting and apologies for the laggy reply. I'm in the final stages with the next v2.9 update which should have this addressed – was hoping to come back to you with "it's ready", but it will probably take another day or two. I will confirm when it's released and published.

P.S. Regarding Comman-Option-Escape – it's worth trying in Activity Monitor too, but I'd imagine you would see it via either menu. There are very rare cases when a process goes "truly" missing from the process list but remains running – this happens when it becomes "zombie", but as far as I know this isn't something you can actively trigger and this is more of a random system glitch. The next version should fix any restart issues, but if not – I'll have a deeper look.
