All streams running at 30 FPS, even in a device that supports 60 FPS (xCloud)

Describe the bug(详细描述问题)
For some reason all my streams at the app are running with just 30 FPS, that is half of the frame rate supported by my TV. I'm a xCloud user.

To Reproduce(如何复现)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any game
2. Check streaming statistics
3. See the problem

Expected behavior（期待正确行为）
Run my streams at 60 FPS for better performance and fluidity.

Android version and controller(安卓系统及使用的手柄):

• Version: Android TV 10
• Controller: GameSir Nova Lite

Additional context(其他)
I'm using native decoder, FHD+ resolution and my internet is fiber 100Mb/s in Wi-Fi 5Ghz (runs very well). The rest of the config are the standard.
