The original requirements.txt didnt work for me. I propose updating it to this to be more exact and to ensure it will always work:
diffusers>=0.33.1 transformers numpy<2 pillow sentencepiece opencv-python imageio imageio[ffmpeg] tqdm pybind11>=2.12 peft>=0.17.0 accelerate>=1.10.0
