Download site is using user agent filtering

wget gets a 403 error on download but curl and others all succeed so this image will not deploy.

I made a fork of this and modified it to use Alpine Linux as a base, as well as fixing a couple of other things - this included.

I'm still determining if the changes are fully working - since alpine doesn't natively support glibc/mono, it's possibly not stable.

@yukihyou as the wget is failing, create a PR, we can test and merge if it all looks good. We can easily switch it back to ubuntu with curl if we find it's not stable.
