The external runners for the GitHub CI setup seem to work great. It would now be good to develop an extended suite of tests that could be triggered less often, in order to run the BATS tests and/or test a larger selection of the yaml files and standalones.
Assigning @andrewfowlie as the architect of the BATS tests; please reassign if you think somebody else would be more appropriate.
