Add Registration-Button
Problem
There is no direct link to register a new user, it requires the user to press the login button first and then enter the registration flow.
Solution
OpenID Connect 1.0 offers initiating the User Registration process https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-prompt-create-1_0.html.
Alternatives/workarounds
Registration through login flow.
Additional context
The process is currently not implementable FusionAuth/fusionauth-issues#2951.
