Describe the bug

Unsure what happened, but some file was corrupted, and I was locked out of the C drive, so I completely reinstall an new Windows. Post-reinstall, I have encountered multiple restarts after uploading the crashdump to the AI model for analysis. The issue might be related to the BIOS version, which contains changes causing my SSD firmware not compatible with the laptop.
