Total locatable periods

We already have a `TotalActivePeriods` feature in flowmachine, which counts the number of periods (e.g. days) in which each subscriber was active within a defined window. However, this doesn't take into account whether or not subscribers were active at known locations. It would be helpful to have a version of this query that looks only at activity at known, locatable cells.
