Adds the master prompt pack for the next FlowChain Product Testnet V1 push: wallet, transactions, token launch, DEX, bridge test flow, explorer/workbench, installer, and product E2E acceptance. This documents that the current private/local stack is not the full consumer-grade L1 target.
