Model behaviour
This function creates a baseline projection of quantities in a food balance sheet according to a scaling DataArray.
It currently uses population growth to scale demand while keeping production per-capita fixed.
It also takes a yield change factor which scales produced quantities of certain items, while keeping land unchanged.
This is probably the most problematic function as it is highly dependent on the FFC data.
I see this being replaced by other primitive functions (item scaling and land shift modules) with adequate timescale DataArrays inputs.
This issue will track whether this is converted into a standalone module with the above functionality, or if the same output can be achieved with other primitive AgriFoodPy functions.
