Add examples and tools for Doctrine

As (probably) the most common ORM in the PHP ecosystem, it would be worthwhile to have examples and/or tooling to support it:

• Credential as an entity
• Credential DBAL field type (this could encapsulate the Codec)
• Retrieval of credentials for a user into the Container wrapper
