Mod doesn't appear to work on RimWorld 1.3

Please support RimWorld 1.3 with this mod. It is unique in its features.

There is a 1.3 version that can be compiled from Source that kind of works, in dev branch. No release was made for that version though. Looking at 1.4 compatibility, some things have changed, as well as quests from 1.1 weren't properly implemented which I'm looking into.
