[BUG] Dimmed state not left

Clight version the issue has been seen with:

NixOS

Describe the bug
After 30 secs, the dimmed state is entered, but never left despite moving the mouse or typing the keyboard

Expected behavior
Clight to detect I am using the machine and leave dimmed state.

To Reproduce
Running clight on NixOS with niri

Please attach a Clight verbose log too!
