I want view annotations on a scan
So that I can decide which annotation to export

Acceptance Criteria

• Color usage should be Color Blind Compatible
• Devise tests (likely screenshots)

To figure out

• How are different types of annotations stored in dicom and how to display these
  • Different files?
  • 1 file different values
• Extract contours
