Hi!
In our context, we would like to make our data available through a shared data catalog at the national level. However if we want to register a dataset, SemanticArtefact in our case, the standard(DCAT-AP_NO) expects dcat:Dataset, not dcat:Resource. We therefore wondered what was the reason for SemanticArtefact being a subclass of dcat:Resource?
In addition we also wondered about the connection between SemanticArtefact and SemanticArtefactDistribution? From the diagram 1 in D4.3 Fair impact deliverable, we could not observe any connection between these two.
