Some issues with cash items

Items like falling snow always show a blank message
Megaphones don't put your name next to them, only the message
When you use a megaphone from a stack, it consumes all of them at once

Please specify if KMS or JMS and give info like itemids.

Snow doesn't seem to allow any text input on KMS
Megaphones do include the name in the message on KMS
Stacked megaphones are likely due to https://github.com/EricSoftTM/OrionAlpha/blob/master/src/main/java/common/item/ItemAccessor.java#L70-L72. Not too sure if this is intended. Erics notes were - Cash Items are now forced true in isTreatSingly to fix CashItemSN
