Problem Description

In Sell Appliance "Cost based" view, a new field appears

called Minimum Payable Amount.

It's not clear how it's different from the rate.

Proposed Solution

Either document what this is doing or simply remove it.

I took a closer look at this and opened #1373.

After tracing the current Sell Appliance modal through the frontend and backend, my conclusion was that this field should be removed rather than documented.

In the active cost-based flow, Minimum Payable Amount is not an independently configurable value. It is derived directly from the installment amount the user already enters, so the UI ends up showing two labels for what is effectively the same rule. That is why it is hard to explain the difference from the rate: in this flow there is no meaningful difference for the operator.

On the backend, deferred appliance payments are already validated against the installment schedule, so the minimum accepted payment is enforced there. Keeping the extra read-only field in the modal makes it look as if there is a second business rule to understand, when there really is not.

The PR removes the field from the active modal, drops the now-unused local state, and simplifies the rate-count calculation accordingly:

I left the older legacy SellApplianceCard flow out of this change on purpose so the review stays focused.
