[Feature Request]: Support Energy-as-a-Service use-case

Problem Description

Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) is a business model that is gaining interest amongst Solar Home System distributors. Currently, MPM only support PayGO models with a fixed contract run time.

To use EaaS with MPM users would have to create an artificially high total price when selling an SHS

This leads to the deferred payment scheme to never actually finish, but giving the user the option to keep pay rates on an adhoc bases.

Proposed Solution

From a User PoV, please add a new section to the Sell Appliance Modal, called "Energy-as-a-Service".

Additional Information

When implementing EaaS there is few additional considerations to be taken into account

In EaaS world...

• there is no concept of due dates and outstanding rates, as users simply pay when they want by design
• MPM shouldn't really call the the unlockDevice as the users never really own the devices
