NetCDF dimensions can be funny, north to south, south to north, -180 to 180 or 0 to 360, regular longitude latitude with even spacing or irregularly spaced when reading in a file on a full Gaussian grid sorted 0 to 360 then north to south I get

and only this plot type works but I can't press play ... the other plot types just remain dark (like all NaN)
