Schall Minor Tweaks has an option(default on,) that replaces the vanilla requester chest with a brighter colored copy with 7 animation frames, which loads after AAICW whose chests have 8 animation frames. This causes a fatal startup error:

If anyone else has this issue, commenting out the relevant parts of Schallfalke's mod is an effective workaround.
