WorkReconciled multiplicity #5
Description
Due to underlying changes in the MESA B2MMLv7.0-20201103 where JobResponse\ID is now mandatory, the ProcessEvents.xsd should be adjusted for the WorkReconciledEvent as per below.
This will avaoid non-required Added/Changed/Deleted JobResponseRecords being mandatory (with the underlying ID's) by the schema.
