Remove 'the include:B2MML-TestSpecification #11
Description
The MESA file B2MML-TestSpecification has been removed in the 2020 v7.0 final commit.
Line 33 should be removed.
However,
further investigation is required to determine if this should be replaced by include:B2MML-OperationsTest.xsd
further investigation is required to determine if lines 88-14 should also be removed/reworked (marked as removed from common)
further investigation is required to determine the impact on associated Event types at lines 3078 onwards.
These message types may also be redundant, now that ISA95 has removed them to be replaced with the single OperationsTest.
