[feature] On register, add teacher(s) in the database for the exam #103
Description
When submitting the registration of the exam, we should probably request OASIS /enseignant-cours route with the code-cours query parameter to get the teacher(s) for the course, so that we can store it in the exam table, in a new column that should probably named teachers.
