[refactor] CREP → DOOM ?

CREP should now only be a module of DOOM.
DOOM is the acronym of "Digital Organization for Official exam Management"

crep.epfl.ch should now redirect to the DOOM "CREP" module.

This repository should be renamed to DOOM, with all the necessary changes that comes with it...

We also should request for the subdomain doom.epfl.ch, and the necessary certificates and configuration that is needed.

Same is needed for the CREP.ops repository.

Following few discussions with various teams at EPFL, the name DOOM will probably not be accepted.
I will keep this issue updated with the definitive future name.
