Error: duplicated variant

I just ran a small VCF file (attached) with vcf-validator (v.0.9.4). Although the warnings are fully understandable, cases of duplicated variants are reported, and I am struggling to see how my variants should be re-formatted to pass the validation? Could you provide any input on this matter?
