TriWeb - Superdesk installation

A user should be able to open a Superdesk login page through desk.thetriangle.org

• Clone superdesk repo as TriangleDesk
• Add changes from mike avena and brandon kolle
• Install Docker on new server
• Follow instructions to create a Superdesk instance in Docker
• Set up an Apache virtual host to point to the Superdesk inside Docker
• Set up DNS to point to that virtual host

most of the stuff from old repo was config files. we needed the config to set server url, though it didn't really work, and the rest i've left for now. when the installation is successful i'll consider us having gotten enough from their configs. also, currently working on getting the docker image working, it is up but it thinks the server is at localhost

current issue seems to be because the mongo connection fails when we try to initialize data, so the server does not even start

using the linode installation from now on, fixing all of this legacy code will be a longterm project
