What's wrong?

Very recently I noticed sourcing of material in gemran got unreliable.
In profilarr, I am using modified language-specific profiles, that is patched with "must_include: german".
But now, most of the content does not have enough score for an automatic download anymore.
After a bit of digging i found the recent change with #165. Unfortunately a lot of german content is "German DL" and therefore this breaks the language specific profile!
Instead of easily just changing the language, you also have to know to disable that custom format bin, which is very unintutive.
Well aware that you do not language specific profiles, I am asking to undo the ban of "German DL" in order to help anyone, that just wants to modify the wanted language.

Because German dl files incorrectly put the German language in the default audio slot they will be banned by default. Any users who wish to use German as a language would just simply unban the cf.

Just to add on to that our profiles are language specific so to speak and that's original regardless of whatever the original language might be. So any group or release type that incorrectly puts the non original audio as the default will be banned
