Test of v1.5.11 with additional udc default state changes from

• Add devices required for Hyperion beamstop check dodal#1695
• Check beamstop using ipin diode on udc_default_state #1429

Testing schedule

Default state

• Review by beamline staff of default state sequence before testing DONE
• Check cryostream in HC1 causes default state to be rejected PASS
• Check that sample present causes beamstop check to fail
• Check hutch shutter is opened by default state plan
• Check that scintillator is moved out (can only do this if ap-sg is parked)
• Check that fluorescence detector moved out PASS
• Collimation table is homed PASS
• All of above can complete while beamstop check?
• Beamstop check
  • Sample shutter closed PASS
  • backlight out PASS
  • detector to within range PASS
  • feedback on, transmission to 100% - commissioning mode
  • ap-sg to out-of-beam PASS
  • beamstop to out-of-beam PASS
  • sample current xbpm1 checked at least minimums (may need to tie this to commissioning pv)
  • ipin gain to 10e4 low noise PASS
  • detector shutter closed PASS
  • all of above to complete except detector motion PASS
  • background ipin reading - test fails if below threshold - PASS
  • beamstop to data collection PASS
  • double check sample shutter and detector shutter closed
  • wait for detector motion to complete
  • sample shutter open
  • 2nd ipin reading
  • check delta-ipin does not exceed threshold
• On successful beam check:
  • Select small aperture
  • coarse + fine cryostream in

Baton release

• Detector shutter is closed when baton is released

Cryostream temp/pressure check - in commissioning mode, may want to disable this check, but should cross-reference with cryo mode PV on dewar: BL03I-MO-ROBOT-01:CRYO_MODE_RBV

• If cryo mode is enabled, then dewar is cold and should still honour cryostream checks

Cryostream gantry device needs documenting that it is readonly because changing the PV may cause a collision if HC1 is selected and in.

Failure of a check in default state script causes hyperion to terminate.

Addressed by further changes in #1429

Changes to error handling to avoid having to restart hyperion every time a check fails - however aperture scatterguard error may need handling until it can move to parked

Addressed by #1551 - we no longer need to park the aperture scatterguard, instead we move to SCIN_MOVE

Default state script currently does not raise alerts when the script fails - these should be raised in order to alert EHC staff out of hours
