[FEATURE] - GUI Contributing suggestion

Hello Josh S & DeviceIoControl !
You gave me some help recently with my keyboard lighting, and you did it well, I was glad and then I decided to make a GUI pour your solution, It's not complete yet but I think it's pretty usable, here is a preview, I've made it with the Qt C++ framework, if you think it's good enough lemme know, so I will send you a pull request !

This looks great! But I just want to inform you of a couple of things:

1.) With this new GUI, there may be quite a lot of people requesting for features to be added via the GUI. With that being said, since you have created this, you will be the sole maintainer of the UI aspect of this project.

Is that OK with you?

2.) We need to be careful here as we cannot distribute the Qt Source code as we can get into legal trouble, so you may need to find an open source GUI framework, or write the GUI manually using the Win32 API.

3.) This will be part of a separate branch gui-beta.

Hey man, I appreciate you looking out for us on the licensing stuff—that's a super good point to be careful about. But you can relax, we're totally good here. The confusion you're talking about applies to companies that buy a **Qt Commercial license** because they want to sell their app and not share the source code. Since we're using the **open-source version of Qt**, we're actually **supposed** to share the code. It's the whole point of licenses like the GPL and LGPL. We're in the clear. In fact, a public GitHub repo is the perfect way to do it. No legal trouble at all, promise. For this project, as long as we're okay with the licensing requirements (either being open-source under the GPL or adhering to the LGPL's dynamic linking requirements), there is no legal trouble. In fact, for a public GitHub repository, sharing the source code is the entire point. So you can breathe smoothly there's almost 0 risk of being attacked I completely agree with the other two points. That's great! Thanks for informing me about that, assuming you are happy to take ownership of the GUI, I'm happy for us to continue this work.

I will continue to take care of the lower-level keyboard communication.

Sorry for the late reply, I'm usually pretty busy with my job on weekdays. I will create a branch and add rules to this repo. Once that is done, I will give you permission to start pushing code to here.

I will have to do this tomorrow though, as I don't have the time today.
