For some reason solar panels take up more than 20% of the server tick time and the tps ends up being around 8-10

For some reason solar panels take up more than 20% of the server tick time and the tps ends up being around 8-10 modpack: ftb skies 2

Probably it was related to the "populator multiplier" that check foreach side and increase the FE production so except optimizations i cannot fix it

If it will cause huge problems it can be disabled via configs

Just add cache, there is no point in doing this every tick.

After several days thinking about it , i decided to re-open this issue and maybe complete

Sounds to me like the reasonable thing would bet to recalculate the values on block update, i.e. when one of the neighboring blocks actually changes.
