Trouble setting it up

When I run pip install -r requirements.txt and py "tft.py", this is what it shows in command prompt. Am I setting it up correctly?

What do I need to do to set it up? Thank you in advance.

I tried installing opencv but this issue comes up, what should I do?

Try reinstalling pip and/or Python.

I tried that multiple times but I don't know why it is not working. Do I need to do anything in Python after I install it?

May also be worth uninstalling Visual Studio Build Tools. It seems the error might have to do with building a C module.
