Bluetooth audio streaming

Describe the bug
Sound cracks and stutters during audio streaming in my car. Stock miui roms work. But all AOSP roms have this problem.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Connect bluetooth, play music

Expected behavior
A clear sound.

• Device: xiaomi mi 9
• Descendant Version: cepheus
• Treble support type: ?
• Gapps: yes, preloaded in descendant

Bluetooth audio stutters and cracks as well with more bluetooth speakers and headphones.

Freshly installed descendant. Latest version. Tried it 2 times with a fresh install (format data factory reset amd wipe dalvik internal etc)
