Add HPC file support to simulation name file options for extended MODFLOW 6

For parallel support of (extended) MODFLOW 6, the option of using a HPC file with settings (e.g., containing MPI rank to submodel mappings) in the MODFLOW 6 simulation name file options is desirable.
