Missing tooltips/descriptions in RuleDesigner | 9.5.0

Hello,

we recently migrated to the latest version of the RuleDesigner. In regards to that we decided that we will start using the rule designer via the eclipse plugin as described online (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/odm/9.5.0?topic=950-installing-rule-designer).

But with the Eclipse Plugin it seems that tooltips and descriptions of the BAL are not available anymore.

Is there an option to enable them via the Eclipse Plugin? Or did I something wrong when following the installation guide?

Before Migration - Local Installation: tooltip/description is available

After Migration - Using Eclipse Plugin: tooltip/description is missing
