Multi-critical filtrations to one-critical filtrations

I recently saw the paper Fast free resolutions of bifiltered chain complexes by Bauer et al. which also provides implementations (link) of algorithms for computing quasi-isomorphic one-critical filtrations from multi-critical filtrations.

I suppose this could be interesting for multipers to have?

Yes, this is indeed a good idea ! I actually made an interface for it very recently (in multipers.ops.one_criticalify; If you have a better name, please share).
You just need to compile multipers for the moment.

I've almost converged to a stable interface now, but there are still some edge cases to fix + documentation.

It's now implemented "properly" in v2.4.0, and improved in the beta versions (pip install --pre --upgrade multipers).
