[Feature Request] Support Redis encoded brotli

When using Dataflare with Redis, if dataset is encoded with brotli compression, Dataflare shows on keys:

Error: Incompatible type - Cannot convert from UTF-8: invalid utf-8 sequence of 1 bytes from index 1

Hi @tiagomreis,

We cannot easily and quickly resolve this issue at this time because Redis support in Dataflare is still very basic and faces some significant challenges. We plan to redesign it in the future to better support Redis.

For now, we recommend that you use other Redis clients, such as Navicat or DataGrip.
