Review figures

I assume the images currently included in the paper are not final yet, so here are some remarks:

General remark: the resolution of these images can be much higher: the actual pixels of the screen shot. We can scale them down dynamically when displaying.

• image_1: Resize browser window so content is more centralized in screenshot + higher resolution.
• image_2a, image_2b, image_4: these look like they were made in the 90s. 😄 Do this.
• image_3. Great image! Do we have a higher resolution version?
• image_5: Remove Sheet 1 and explanation at bottom (should be in text below figure, not included).
• image_8: Would use gray basemap and have actual (= much higher) resolution. The map seems also to be cut off on the left and bottom (at legend and search box).
• image_9: Would show whole world (actually, I would would frame all maps we have the same) and higher resolution.

I'd also like to redo the pie charts.
